Flavio Rattazzi

Flavio has been servicing clients throughout Western Washington for over 27 years. He started cleaning windows for a small cleaning company and within 1 year was managing all the cleaning operations for 2 different cleaning companies. He started Complete Clean LLC because he felt there was not a full service cleaning company that top notch quality in all services they provided.
His business philosophy with Complete Clean LLC was to offer a full range of service while providing the best quality, attention to detail and customer service possible. Flavio believes that since Complete Clean LLC is a cleaning company they should never have to be cleaned upafter and the client is left with a property that has had a "complete clean".
Flavio also believes in starting and completing every job on time and allowing for the appropriate amount of time to do a job right. In the rare case that a job takes longer than scheduled Flavio always discusses with the client the reasons and accommodates the client’s schedule.
Flavio has managed the cleaning operations in many different settings including new construction projects, commercial properties, retail properties, office/business parks. When a client needs a project completed on time with top notch quality and attention to detail they can trust Flavio and Complete Clean, LLC to provide the customer service they deserve.
Flavio graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Psychology.

Darin Doerflinger
Partner, Director of Sales
Darin has been involved in the commercial and cleaning business since 1996 and has supervised and managed a wide range of projects totaling tens of millions of square feet. He has coordinated government property projects, 50 building complexes, half a million square feet parking garage cleanings, and 30+ property portfolios. He brings the experience and know-how to get your property cleaned on time, on budget and with the highest quality.
His goal is to bring his clients a low stress experience by managing and coordinating all aspects of their projects, starting with an accurate, detailed proposal that takes his clients budgetary concerns in mind. This is followed by a timely follow up and answers to any questions that might arise. Once the job is scheduled, he coordinates with the on-site project leader to ensure the accuracy of the job description, timeliness on-site, complete clean up and follow through for any hit list items.
His strongest trait is the trust that he cultivates with his clients because they know he values their business and the benefits of a long-term business relationship.
Darin graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Industrial Psychology.
